Dr. Death – a bombshell interview from the doctor charged with overseeing North Carolina’s executions. Dr. Obi Umesi comes forward and reveals that the State has not been complying with court-ordered execution standards. Indeed, he says, medical ethics would require him to refuse to participate in executions as the State claims they are performed.
