Why does race play a major part in deciding ones fate? Errol is innocent & because of hear say he’s been sitting for 15yrs. I’m very upset about this entire case. It’s bullshit & they know it. My heart is hurting daily over this fuckery. I love u so much.

Danny Hembree deserves to die for his crimes. Although I do believe in rehabilitation, this man has or shows no remorse for his actions or the family. It’s a sad case that it takes so many years to execute someone like a Danny hembree. Henry Lou Wallace is another one that should have been executed long ago. I am a proponent of the death penalty and truly believe in ultimate justice if it is carried out swiftly. However, our state allows heinous criminals to sit in prison and mock the system, curse the families of their victims,and all at the expense of tax payer dollars. If they are not remorseful and cannot be rehabilitated to a life in prison, then off to the gallows they should go. Thanks, Brian Scott.

Well, there was to be an execution–the 1st of 2012–here in GA last night, but 1 hour before it was to be done, the convict decided he wanted to pursue appeals after all, something he’d declined to do all this time on death row, about 11 years. I guess that’s 1 way to stave off execution…..
