Eleven jurors have been seated in the Fort Bragg trial of Master Sergeant Timothy Hennis. Hennis is facing the death penalty in military court for a triple homicide of which he was acquitted in civilian court. At least one more juror will be seated before the evidence begins.
I believe that Tim Hennis is innocent. Tim never committed any criminal acts in his lifetime. An individual who committed that type of crime would have had violent tendencies either before or after that crime occured. Tim Hennis has always been a very kind and upstanding individual. I hope after this trial the witch hunters in nc will finally let him live his life in peace!

I don’t know what to think…he seems to have led a quiet life since his second trial ended…even retiring from the military and raising his children
